Runway is designed to bring the energy and dialogue around social justice, equity, and inclusion on our campus directly to alumni and parents, providing you with runways to be change-makers at work, as volunteers, and at home with friends and family.

The Runway Lecture and luncheon is sponsored by the University High School Alumni Association. All members of our community are welcome: alumnx, current/past parents, current/past faculty and staff, and friends. Tickets are free for guests who work in social justice professionally, $50 general admission. Our honorary host committee (below) look forward to seeing you at Runway! To get involved, contact Marianna Stark '89, director of alumni engagement and giving.

This year, our theme will be "the power of inclusion at work." Join us to raise awareness on the subject of implicit bias in the workplace. From small slights to overt racism or sexism, we will explore the practices that help bring the best out of yourself, your team and community. No matter what your role, leading with inclusion matters.
